This proof of concept focuses on validating a simple question: will coaches upload match video if we give them a purpose-built, trustworthy tool? Everything else — AI analysis, recruiter workflows, highlight generation — builds on top of that behavior.
The long-term vision is a platform where every serious youth player has a rich, objective profile built from real match moments, not just carefully edited highlight reels. Coaches stay in control of what gets shared, and players get more chances to be seen on their actual football, not their social following.
For this phase, we intentionally keep the product narrow: invite-only access, secure video upload, and a clear history of what has been uploaded.
